Teresa guides people in discovering their natural ability to self-heal through somatic dance-movement.
Teresa became seriously ill with autoimmune disease and sought different ways to heal herself. She brings what she learned to others with over 20 years of combined experience in massage therapy bodywork and NiaĀ® Mind-Body practice, Ageless GraceĀ® Brain Fitness, dance-movement therapy and somatic mind-body coaching. She also co-facilitates retreats for women in the U.S.Ā and Europe.
