• A transaction fee of 2.9% + 30 cents has been added to your total. Sales tax for New Jersey residents only will be added at checkout. 
• Room availability is based on the order in which payments are received.
• Balance payments will be based on your final room package.

• If you cancel your retreat booking by or before July 1, 2026, you will receive a refund in the amount of one-third (33.3%) of any payments made to date, minus credit card fees, applicable sales tax or other service fees. This refund does NOT apply to your non-refundable deposit. As stated, no portion of the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after July 1, 2026, we are not able to offer you a refund.
